Sabo to its Board of Directors.

Elected to the Minnesota House of Representatives in 1960 at the age of 22, Sabo served as minority leader and later as Speaker of the Minnesota House.  Elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 1978, he chaired the House Budget Committee, sat on the Appropriations Committee and was the ranking member of the Homeland Security subcommittee.
